Crafted from 100% Viognier, these grapes are meticulously handpicked. With a pale golden reflection, this wine has fragrant aromas of white peach, apricots, quince and honeysuckle. Medium-bodied on the palate, the richness of the fruits linger on the palate for a fresh yet long finish. Pairs well with seared scallops, seafood curry and lobster bisque.

These grapes go through whole bunch pressing and fermented at relatively cool temperatures in stainless steel (70%) and oak barrels (30%), giving it freshness and crispness while providing texture.

This wine can be enjoyed now or aged in the cellar for another 5 years.

The Vallets have been cultivating vines for over 150 years but it was not until 1990 when Anthony’s father, Louis left the cooperative to start his own domaine. Since joining his father in 1998, Anthony now possesses 14 hectares of vines, producing 8 different wines that showcase their terroir. His expertise in the vineyards and in the winery reflect the geographical and climatic differences in each of his vineyards.
