This composition of this wine is 100% Viognier. The entirety of the grapes has been destemmed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic conversion has taken place to maintain its freshness and matured for 6 months before bottling.

The Vallets have been cultivating vines for over 150 years but it was not until 1990 when Anthony’s father, Louis left the cooperative to start his own domaine. Since joining his father in 1998, Anthony now possesses 14 hectares of vines, producing 8 different wines that showcase their terroir. His expertise in the vineyards and in the winery reflect the geographical and climatic differences in each of his vineyards.
