The Vallets have been cultivating vines for over 150 years but it was not until 1990 when Anthony’s father, Louis left the cooperative to start his own domaine. Since joining his father in 1998, Anthony now possesses 14 hectares of vines, producing 8 different wines that showcase their terroir.
